Domestic Shipping

Free shipping in 7-10 business days (across India). All orders are processed from our headquarters in New Delhi, India. 

Tracking and Delivery

Once your package has shipped the details of the tracking number and information of the shipping agency will be shared via email.Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner’s website.Please ensure the complete shipping address including zip code and a mobile number to ensure hassle-free delivery.

Modes of Payment

For Domestic orders, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express), Net Banking options across major banks as well as recognized Wallet & UPI options.

Please Note: As per RBI regulations in India, all credit and debit cards issued in the Indian Territory cannot be used for transactions in international currency by default unless overridden by the cardholder explicitly with the bank.

Exchange & Returns

BOTTOMS AND ONE PIECES

Since swimwear bottoms fall under the ‘intimate wear’ category, we cannot entertain any exchange or return requests. We will not accept any exchange requests or process any returns/refunds. Hygiene is of utmost importance & priority at NYASABEE. 

TOPS

We only provide size exchanges for swimwear tops communicated to us within 24 hours of delivery. Please reach out to us on support@nyasabee.com or via WhatsApp on +91 8447248743. 

RESORT WEAR

Cancellations
We process your order as soon as it's placed. Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes (This includes cancellations/shipping/billing addresses, shipping method, inserting promo code, removing/adding/altering an item in your order etc.)

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will then evaluate the situation and offer you a prompt solution. You can contact us for any questions at support@nyasabee.com.

Taxes
All our prices are inclusive of GST.

Please note:

We have a no-refund policy, therefore all of your orders are final and the items cannot be returned.
